Not far from airport good bar area with food all hours decent buffet breakfast

What was the highlight of Fairfield Inn Suites Marriott Cancun Airport
Clean and close to airport but very disappointing unreliable shuttle service.
Clean and good location.
Airport transfer is a complicated process and the hotel was not helpful at all. It is stated that you must send a WhatsApp to number with your flight details. Until today that message is still on one tick. I called the hotel as soon as I arrived, the number did not pick up for a over 30 mins. And when they did, I was informed that they had communicated with the shuttle and it was arriving in 5 mins. This was not true. I waited at the designated dock for an hour before the first shuttle came (they mention that there is a shuttle every 15-45 minutes : untrue!). For the way back to the airport it is a bit easier but be sure to leave 3h at least before your flight. I was down at reception ready to take a shuttle at 9:00AM. The shuttle arrived at 9:30AM, I was at my terminal by 10AM (the shuttle makes several stops to each terminal). Overall unreliable service and hotel staff is not helpful on this subject.

Very convenient and comfortable place to stay for an early morning flight.
Clean, comfortable, with a good restaurant, pool, and gym. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Shuttle was on time, even though it was very early in the morning and free which is a nice feature. Restaurant is open late, which is good as there aren’t any other options in the area.
The drinks and food were a bit on the pricey side.
